Shipping Policy

Available Shipping Options

Currently, we only offer ground shipping within the continental US when checking out on our site. Since most items ship from the manufacturer, multiple carriers may be used including FedEx, UPS, and the USPS.

Please note: We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Orders shipping to a PO box will be canceled without an updated physical address.

Product Availability

We attempt to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping lead times on all products whether in our inventory or otherwise. However, from time-to-time, inventory may not be available or a drop-ship designated product may be out-of-stock at our supplier. In the event a product is unavailable for delivery, we will promptly notify you and provide an estimated shipment date for those products which are not available. Where applicable, substitutions will be made available to you and can be substituted upon approval of the customer. However, if you can't wait or a substitution is not deserved, we will return your payment to you via the method originally used to place the order.


Upon shipment of order, Modascape will provide a tracking number for the customer to track the status of shipments relating to their order. Tracking numbers are generated immediately upon shipment from our inventory. For applicable drop-ship products, our suppliers will provide tracking information promptly, however, there may be a short delay from the time of shipment to the time the tracking number is provided to you.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Modascape! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us
  • The product was not shipped internationally

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Modascape.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale Items

Sale items can be refunded.

International Orders

Products purchased as part of an international order cannot be refunded.
